Rates and Insurance
Hourly Rate
Each session is $150 per hour, a rate established by insurance remittance.
Should finances be a barrier to participating in services, please inquire about a rate adjustment.
Sessions are by appointment only. Once scheduled, you will be invited to participate in electronic billing through Therapy Notes. Therapy Notes is a HIPPA compliant EHR that I use to manage our sessions and payment.

Insurance
I am in network with BCBS and Aetna.
In most cases, I am in network for anyone with these plans. However, there are many shifting dynamics within the insurance industry at present, particularly with plans purchased on the health exchange. Some plans may utilize an 'outsourced' mental health insurance carrier in which case I would not be in network. Please be sure to call the number on the back of your card and confirm coverage prior to your first session.
Please note that it is the client's responsibility to confirm health coverage for sessions and you are responsible for any fees incurred not covered by your plan.
If you are using an insurance network not listed here, In some cases they will reimburse at an out of network rate. I am happy to provide paperwork for you to file with your insurance carrier as needed.
