Internal Family Systems: A unique approach to counseling developed by Richard Schwartz

Part of us wants to stay, part of us wants to go… part of us feels lost, another determined. What can we make of this, especially when it is all true in the same moment. The book,¬†Self Therapy, by Jay Earley, PhD, brings Internal Family Systems (IFS) to the therapist and lay person alike in a manner that makes it possible to do a great deal of effective healing work both inside and outside of the therapy office.
